Esther Eckfield

DESIGN MANAGER & GIS ANALYST

Esther is the Design Manager and GIS Analyst at AloTerra Restoration, where she has supported ecological restoration efforts across Colorado and Wyoming for the past two years.

She specializes in project design, GIS mapping, environmental reporting, permitting, and monitoring, with experience spanning both planning and field implementation.

Esther has developed detailed plansets and adaptive management plans, and has been actively involved in construction, invasive species treatment, and post-restoration site maintenance.

She has led crews on a range of invasive species management and post-construction maintenance projects with an emphasis on site stabilization, erosion control, and native vegetation restoration.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Forest and Rangeland Management from Colorado State University, with concentrations in Forest Fire Science and Forest Biology.

Her work is driven by a passion for restoring disrupted ecosystems and she values the long-term stewardship of Colorado’s landscapes.
